Search Queries
A name or location entered into a search tool is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its result. We do not keep or record those search terms on our own systems.

When you send a message, we retain it as needed to respond. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal duty.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our servers receive routine technical details whenever a page loads:

The content identifies where Laurel County records may be requested from the sheriff, the District and Circuit Court clerk, Kentucky State Police, and the Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor information is not compiled into consumer reports or third-party criminal files.
